• <br /> RESOLUTION 88-016 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL <br /> AGENCY AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency needs to <br /> install monitoring wells and sample ground water on the City <br /> property and easements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is desirous of cooperating with the Agency <br /> in the Agency' s effort to investigate ground water <br /> contamination. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council hereby <br /> • authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to_ execute the <br /> Access Agreement between the Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> Agency and the City of St. Anthony on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this day of 1988. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
