"' I <br /> would also appreciate a photocopy of subdivisions 2 and 3 of <br /> section 8 . <br /> My review of the permitted uses under subdivision 2 of <br /> section 9 indicates to me that there may be some confusion <br /> over the .type of business that North East Cycle will be operating. <br /> Perhaps it has been determined that North East does not fit <br /> within any of the permitted uses because of a misconception that North East is a motorcycle repair shop. Such is not the case. <br /> To the contrary, North East will be operating in the shopping <br /> ,center - a sports accessory shop for the motorcycle enthusiast. <br /> North- East will supply principally clothing and similar such <br /> motorcycle sporting accessories. In addition, North East will <br /> supply .modified parts. There will be no motorcycle repair or <br /> maintenance, although some vehicle work may be incidental to <br /> the sale of specialized parts. It must be understood that North <br /> East will not be catering to motorcycle "gangs" or groups that <br /> St. Anthony might not desire within its municipal limits. <br /> • Certainly the type of business I have described fits well <br /> within the permitted uses as defined in section 9 . Thus, it fits <br /> within permitted use number 19, "clothing stores, ” permitted use <br /> number 34 , "hardware stores, " permitted use number 35 "hobby stores, " <br />
