Date April 12 19 88 <br /> Minneapolis, MN 55418 Shop <br /> We propose to do the following work at Stone House Lounge, Storage Area, Fire Dept. , Barber <br /> Specifications as follows: <br /> 1) Remove all the built-up roofing and gravel to expose the deck. <br /> 2) work from drains or lowest levels toward higher levels. <br /> 3) Remove only as much roofing as can be restored to a watertight <br /> condition each day. <br /> 4) Prepare the roof deck for 2.3" isocyanurate fireproof roof insulation <br /> board and top layer of 1/2" fibreboard. Sprinkle mop in place and <br /> mechanicall.y fasten to deck. <br /> Sl Toy panels with joints offset by at least 12"from those of base <br /> layer, <br /> 6) L.ay panels so the long direction is perpendicular to the long deck <br /> direction <br /> 7) Tnstall a new roof mat over the insulation board with a fiberglass <br /> 4341 base sheet mopped in with ded-level asphalt. <br /> 8) Mop in and over with hot ded-level asphalt, four (4) plies of <br /> 15 lb. fiberglass felt over the base sheet. <br /> 9) Stagg r all end lags, fit all plies into roof drain rims, and extend <br /> • plies only to top edges of cant strip along base of parapets, walls, <br /> flashings and nail. <br /> 10) Tns all metal color glad coupings and counter flashings. <br /> 11) Apply a final flood coating of ded-level asphalt and embed into the <br /> asphalt roof gravel at 4504 ger 100 sac ft. of roof area when no <br /> fur her construction traffic is expected. <br /> 12) Disconnect, raise and flash skids and roof under.
