r, <br /> (b) sell, exchange, surrender, realize upon, release • <br /> (with or without consideration) or otherwise deal with in <br /> any manner and in any order any property of any person or <br /> entity securing the Guarantied Obligations or otherwise <br /> providing recourse to HRA with respect thereto; <br /> (c) exercise or refrain from exercising any rights <br /> against Redeveloper or others (including the Guarantor) or <br /> otherwise act or refrain from acting; <br /> (d) settle or compromise any of the Guarantied <br /> Obligations, any security therefor or other recourse with <br /> respect thereto or subordinate the payment or performance <br /> of all or any part thereof to the payment of any liability <br /> (whether due or not) of Redeveloper to creditors of <br /> Redeveloper other than HRA and the Guarantor; <br /> (e) apply any sums by whomsoever paid or howsoever <br /> realized to any liability or liabilities of Redeveloper to <br /> HRA regardless of what liability or liabilities of <br /> Redeveloper remain unpaid; <br /> (f) fail to set off and/or release, in whole or in <br /> part, any balance of any account or any credit on its books <br /> in favor of Redeveloper or of any other person, and extend <br /> credit in any manner whatsoever to Redeveloper and <br /> generally deal with Redeveloper and any security for the <br /> Guarantied Obligations or any recourse with respect -thereto <br /> as HRA may see fit; and/or <br /> -3- • <br />
