• 17. This Guaranty (a) constitutes the entire <br /> agreement of the Guarantor and HRA, for whose benefit this <br /> Guaranty is made, with respect thereto and supersedes any and <br /> all written or oral agreements with respect thereto, '(b) may <br /> not be amended or supplemented except by a writing signed by <br /> the Guarantor and HRA, and .(c) shall be construed and enforced <br /> in accordance with the internal .law, and not the law of <br /> conflicts, of the State of Minnesota.
