• Letter of Credit . If the Letter of Credit is not replaced on <br /> or before a date 10 days prior to its expiration, it may be <br /> drawn upon by the HRA without notice to Redeveloper . Upon <br /> Redeveloper meeting the requirements of Section 4 . 5(d) , or upon <br /> filing of the Certificate of Completion, the HRA shall return <br /> the Letter of Credit to Redeveloper and shall release the <br /> Guarantors from the personal obligations under the guaranties <br /> given by them. <br /> Section 10 . 11 Reasonable Consent of Parties .
