The rate study was <br /> finished and mailed to you on July 12, 1988. The rate study <br /> could go to the Council on the 26th of July. We would be <br /> • available to meet with you at any time to review the study before <br /> it is presented to the Council. <br /> The tentative schedule for the plans and specifications including <br /> bidding activities are dependent upon receipt from the MWCC of <br /> the plan sheets and technical sections of the specifications for <br /> the meter vault. If we receive the information from the MWCC by <br /> the last week in July, which is a date that they felt they could <br /> meet, we would be able to have the plans and specifications <br /> available for your review during the first week in August. The <br /> plans and specifications could then go to 'the Council on August <br /> 9th and a bid date set by the Council .
