This <br /> 32 amount includes a $650. 00 change order to comply with the request <br /> 33 from Hennepin County related to the provision of an additional hand <br /> 34 hole on the equipment and allows for a 5% retaina.ge. <br /> 35 Notion carried unanimously. <br /> 36 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Marks to approve the payment of <br /> 37 $1 ,045.00 to Layne Minnesota for labor and equipment costs incurred <br /> 2 • <br />
