ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING • <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, August <br /> 16 , 1988 at 8.: 00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall , <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the following <br /> purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request from C. G. Rein Co. for a <br /> variance from the sign regulations of the City Code to <br /> allow the following signs on a proposed restaurant to <br /> be located on the north end of the Apache Plaza pro- <br /> perty at 39th and Silver Lake Road. <br /> 1. A 4 foot X 4 foot (16 square feet) Burger King <br /> logo to be mounted on the south side of the <br /> proposed building. <br /> 2. An 18 inch X 14 feet 6 inch (21 . 75 square feet) <br /> wall sign on the east side of the proposed <br /> building. • <br /> 3. An 8 foot X 8 foot (128 square feet) monument <br /> sign located adjacent to Silver Lake Road at the <br /> north entrance to Apache Plaza. <br />/ Total request is for 3 signs totalling 165.75 square feet <br /> where the sign code would allow only one sign of 150 square <br /> feet. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> will be heard at said time and -place.
