ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY • <br /> IN AND FOR THE <br /> CITY OF <br /> COUNTY OF <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONTROL, AUTHORITY, <br /> AND OPERATION OF HOUSING AND <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. AND TAX <br /> INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. <br /> THROUGH <br /> BE 'IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") of the <br /> Economic Development Authority in and for the City of , <br /> Minnesota (the "EDA"), as follows: <br /> 1. Recitals. All actions required by the applicable provisions of <br /> Economic Development Authorities, Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.097 to <br /> 469.108 inclusive, have been duly taken in order to create, constitute, and activate <br /> the EDA. <br /> 2. Accepting Project Control, Authority and Operation. In accordance <br /> with Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.094, Subdivision 2, the Board hereby accepts e <br /> control, authority and operation of Housing and Redevelopment Project No. <br /> and Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. through located within <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Project No. _ The Board also agrees that it <br /> covenants and pledges to perform all terms, conditions and covenants initiated and <br /> entered into by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of <br /> concerning all bond issues and related agreements pertaining to <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Project No. and Tax Increment Financing <br /> Districts Nos. through <br /> 3. Effective Date.
