ANTHONY <br /> • ORDINANCE 1988-004 <br /> AN ORDINANCE -RELATING TO SEWER RATES AND <br /> CHARGES, AMENDING SECTION 540 OF THE <br /> 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HEREBY ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1 . Subds. 4 , 5 and 9 of Section 540 of the 1973 Code <br /> of Ordinances are amended to read as follows: <br /> Subd. e <br /> 4 . All sewer charges shall be the rate of $1 . 20 <br /> per hundred cubic feet of water used or any fraction there- <br /> of, plus a Metro Waste surcharge as determined by the fol- <br /> lowing formula: <br /> Metro Waste Rate Surcharge Formula <br /> X = S0. 88Y - $0.88 <br /> 315,000 <br /> where X = surcharge per 100 cubic feet <br /> Y = Metro Waste charges for calendar year <br /> • $0. 88 = Metro Waste share of sewer rates <br /> $315,000 = base year Metro Waste charges <br /> Said surcharge X will be added to the quarterly bill of all <br /> customers and will be specified as such on said sewer bill. <br /> Subd. 5. The minimum quarterly sewer charge to any occupant <br /> or owner shall be $12 . 00 plus Metro Waste surcharge as <br /> calculated in Subd. 4 above. <br /> Subd. 9.
