Local Origination Programming -- video programs produced or <br /> obtained by the system operator <br /> -- generally supported by advertising <br /> -- includes programs produced by the cable system staff and <br /> programs produced by other cable companies, groups, or entities and <br /> obtained by the cable operator for cablecast <br /> Local origination programming is cablecast on Ch. 52 . <br /> 2. Local Ads -- video advertisements, promos or public service <br /> announcements produced or obtained by the system operator for <br /> cablecast on a local origination channels) <br /> Local ads are cablecast on Ch. 52. <br /> 3. Local Avails -- video advertisements, promos, or public . <br /> service announcements produced or obtained by the system operator <br /> and inserted into available time slots on such satellite services <br /> as MTV, ESPN, USA Network, CNN, Nashville Network, etc. <br /> Local Avails are cablecast on Ch. 3,. 7, 10, 13, 14, and 20. <br /> 4. Paid Advertisements --advertisements or announcements <br /> displayed on a character-generated or computer graphics channel and <br /> for which a fee is paid to the cable system operator <br /> Paid advertisements are cablecast on Ch. 31 . <br /> 5. Community Announcements -- announcements or messages <br /> concerning noncommercial groups, entities or institutions that <br /> are displayed via character generator <br /> Community Announcements are displayed on Ch. 62. <br /> B.
