They are doing this to <br /> accommodate the city by vacating the property forth-with. They will <br /> be out by October 31, 1988 . They may have to return to remove the <br /> slot board wall which they are retaining ownership. They will file a <br /> final claim for the move from Savage to their new location. <br /> Included in this claim is the Leasehold Interest document <br /> requested by the cities legal staff. It is executed. <br /> The documentation submitted supports the actual, costs to the <br /> claimant for their leasehold improvements. <br /> The move is being performed by A & M Moving and Storage Company <br /> who submitted the lowest of two bids. The claimant has requested that <br /> payment be made jointly for the move costs. <br /> The authority for this payment is the Uniform Relocation <br /> Assistance and Real Properties Acquisition Policies Act of 1970. <br /> • <br />
