No one present reported failure <br /> 22 to receive the notice or objected to its content. <br /> 23 Application: from Evergreen Development Corporation, 1920 Dain Tower; <br /> 24 for townhome project consisting of 8 separate buildings <br /> 25 with total of 37 units ranging from 1 , 200 to 1,600 <br /> 26 square feet in size, costing from $89 ,900 to $99,900 ; <br /> 27 supported by site plans in agenda packet. <br /> 28 Staff report: Childs' April 15th memorandum, indicating the request, <br /> 29 also included about a triangular 1 acre parcel on the <br /> 30 northeast end presently owned by the City; <br /> 31 reiterated that the proposed development is in conform- <br /> 32 ance with setback, parking, unit size, height, and all <br /> 33 other City zoning requirements; <br /> 34 said the project would be well below maximum density <br /> 35 allowed ( 55 units) ; <br /> 36 indicated proposed pond in the northern center would <br /> 37 continue all current storm water drainage patterns in <br /> • <br /> 8 <br />
