• NOTICE OF INTENTION TO <br /> .VACATE A PART OF TWO STREETS AND <br /> A PORTION OF EASEMENT <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) <br /> I, the undersigned, being duly qualified and acting <br /> City Clerk of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, hereby <br /> give notice that the following resolution is intended to <br /> be duly adopted by the St. Anthony City Council at its regular <br /> meeting on November 22, 1988: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony that the following described properties <br /> are hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued: <br /> (1) That part of Wilson Street as dedicated <br /> in "St. Anthony Village Commercial Center <br /> Addition No. 1" lying between the extensions <br /> across it of the south line and Northwesterly <br /> • line of Block 5 in said plat. <br /> (2) That part of Coolidge Street as dedicated <br /> in "St. Anthony Village Commercial Center <br /> Addition No. 1" described as follows: <br /> Beginning .at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, <br /> Block 4 in said plat; thence on an assumed <br /> bearing of east on the easterly extension <br /> of the south line of said Lot 3 a distance <br /> of 30. 00 feet to the centerline of said <br /> Coolidge Street; thence North 0 degrees <br /> 34 minutes 00 seconds West along said <br /> centerline 51. 32 feet; thence North 32 <br /> degrees 59 minutes 23 seconds West to the <br /> West line of said Coolidge Street; thence <br /> South 0 degrees 34 -minutes 00 seconds East <br /> along said west line to the point of <br /> beginning; excepting, and reserving and <br /> retaining unto the City of St. Anthony, <br /> an easement for drainage and utility purposes <br /> in, under and across that part of Coolidge <br /> Street herein described. <br /> • <br />
