ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 1988-011 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LAWFUL GAMBLING IN MUNICIPAL <br /> LIQUOR DISPENSARIES FOR THE ON-SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR; <br /> AMENDING SECTION 445: 10 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony ordains : <br /> Section 1. Section 445: 10 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances <br /> is amended to read in full as follows : <br /> Section 445: 10. Gambling Limited <br /> No form or type of gambling, whether lawful or <br /> otherwise, shall be conducted or allowed within <br /> the City of St. Anthony except for: (1) lawful <br /> gambling which is conducted in accordance and <br /> compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 349. 214 , <br /> and (2) lawful gambling other than bingo conducted <br /> by a properly licensed organization in accordance <br /> with State law in municipal liquor dispensaries <br /> • for the on-sale of intoxicating liquor . <br /> Section 2.
