ANTHONY <br /> • C=TY C OUN C= L M=NUT E S <br /> NOVEMBER 8 , 3- 988 <br /> 1 The meeting having been delayed until after the polls closed, was opened <br /> 2 at 8:00 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Sundland. <br /> 3 ROLL CALL <br /> 4 Present for roll call: Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, Makowske. <br /> 5 Absent: Marks. <br /> 6 Also present: David Childs, City Manager <br /> 7 Sue VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager <br /> 8 OCTOBER 25, 1988 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 9 When Councilmember Makowske raised questions about what had been <br /> 10 reported on lines 16-18, Page 3 , and lines 32-33, Page 7, the Secretary <br /> 11 was asked to play back the tapes and after consulting with the City <br /> 12 Manager to make any necessary changes in the following: <br /> 13 Council Action <br /> Motion by Makowske, seconded by Sundland to approve the October .25th <br /> minutes with the following changes: <br /> 16 Page 3, lines 17-18: Substitute "as maintenance free siding as <br /> 17 possible of aluminum of vinyl, on the exter- <br /> 18 iors. The brick, if there's to be any, would <br /> 19 only be decorative. " <br /> 20 Page 4, line 14: Substitute "driveway" for "street." <br /> 21 Page 7, lines 8-10: Delete semi-colon after "Proposal in line 8 and <br /> 22 move all after the * on line 9 and 10 up to <br /> 23 line 8. <br /> 24 Page 7, lines 32-33: Substitute "and that the City would be able to <br /> 25 voice objections at each annual renewal. " for <br /> 26 everything past "during which. . . . . . . " to end of <br /> 27 sentence. <br /> 28 Page 10, line 38: Change "other" to "others" and delete "men" . <br /> 29 Page 11, line 16: Insert "Makowske" after "Councilmember" and <br /> 30 substitute "concerned" for "had been glad". <br /> 31 Page 11, line 17: Substitute "and" for "but" after "water" . <br /> 02 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
