ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing 'by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, November <br /> 15, 1988 at 7:50 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the following <br /> purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request from Craig Belisle, Video <br /> Update, 2510 Kenzie Terrace, for amendment to the conditional <br /> use permit granted February 28, 1984, which would approve <br /> • expansion of the existing video tape sales and rental <br /> operation located at the above address into the adjacent <br /> retail space. This permit has been requested to bring the <br /> above operation into conformance with the Zoning Code, since <br /> the requested expansion has already been completed. ._ <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
