Mr. Childs requested those present to name some of the <br /> accomplishments the City has made in 1988. Responses were: <br /> a. The Parkview facility was bought by the City. <br /> b. New Optiscan voting machines were purchased and the <br /> elections went very well. <br /> C. Computerization for the Police Department was studied <br /> and implementation is starting. <br /> d. A computer for the Liquor Operations was purchased for <br /> inventory and other purposes. <br /> e. The first year of business at the newly remodeled <br /> Stonehouse was very successful. <br /> f. Reconstruction on St. Anthony Boulevard was completed. <br /> g. The proposed Public Works equipment replacement protram <br /> is written and ready for consideration. <br /> h. An additional officer for the Police Department was • <br /> authorized and hired. <br />
