MINUTES <br /> 10 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve as presented. <br /> 11 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> CLAIMS <br /> 13 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of $5,928. 75 <br /> 14 to the Dorsey & Whitney law firm for legal services to the H.R.A. during <br /> 15 September, 1988 . <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve payment of all H.R.A. <br /> 18 accounts payable for October 31 , 1988 as listed in the H.R.A. November <br /> 19 22, 1988 agenda packet. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of $10,757.50 <br /> 22 to Federal-State Relocation Consulting Service Inc. for consulting <br /> 23 services on the relocation of tenants for Phase 3 of the Kenzie Terrace <br /> 24 Redevelopment Project during October and through November 4, 1988 .. <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 Mr. Childs distributed copies of a projection from Jack Bagley of the <br /> 27 relocation consulting company which indicated what had been paid so far <br /> • 1 <br />
