Burris <br /> DEFENDANT PLEA SENTENCE <br /> Abumayaleh, Abedauah Charged with DAC and passing DAC charge continued for dismissal on <br /> 108 through stop sign; DAC charge condition of no driver ' s license <br /> continued one year for dismissal violations for one year; -Passing <br /> as Defendant was cancelled in through stop sign charge continued <br /> Minnesota because when he for dismissal on condition of no <br /> applied for a Minnesota license, passing through stop sign violations <br /> his California driver ' s license for one year. <br /> was under suspension; however , <br /> further investigation revealed <br /> that the California suspension <br /> was an error and Defendant now <br /> has a valid driver ' s license; <br /> -Passing through stop sign charge <br /> also continued for dismissal <br /> because a guilty plea to that <br /> charge would have resulted in <br /> a 30-day suspension of the <br /> Defendant' s driver ' s license <br /> which would be unwarranted in <br /> view of the fact that his license <br /> had been under cancellation for <br /> a three-month period of time when <br /> it should not have been. <br />
