Proposal for Minnesota State Aid Engineer <br /> Dear Mr. Hamer: <br /> Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc. is pleased to submit our proposal to serve <br /> as your Minnesota State Aid Engineer for 1989. We understand that this work <br /> includes the submittal of all required reports to the State Aid Engineers <br /> Office; District 5 (Chuck Weichselbaum) as well as the required annual <br /> 1 • inspection of the bridge at the Intersection of St. Anthony Boulevard and <br /> J the Burlington Northern Railroad. <br /> We have familiarized ourselves with your community by driving all of the <br /> designated State Aid streets as well as reviewing the following engineering <br /> reports; Street Overlay - Restoration Study (1980) , Storm Sewer Improvement <br /> Drainage District #6 (April 1988) , and Wilson Street Area Sanitary Sewer <br /> Study (June 1988) . <br /> We propose that Terry Maurer serve St. Anthony as your State Aid Engineer as <br /> he is already serving as State Aid Engineer for the Cities of Elk River, <br /> Falcon Heights, and East Bethel . <br /> We propose to provide these services for a fee not to exceed $700 for 1989 <br /> which includes the bridge inspection and report submittal to the State <br /> Aid Engineers In addition, we propose to provide you with review or <br /> analysis of the State Aid System on an hourly billing basis (see attached) <br /> with a not-to-exceed total of an additional $500. <br /> As an example, you may wish us to analyze your current traffic data and <br /> J review past projects to determine if there is reason to consider changing a <br /> State Aid designation from one street to another. Therefore, the total cost <br /> for St. Anthony may be as low as $700 or will not exceed a total of $1200 in <br /> Jthe event that additional analysis is requested. <br /> • <br /> 1959 SLOAN PLACE, ST.
