City of St. Anthony <br /> II . INSURANCE COVERAGES <br /> The specifications which follow are intended to reflect the insurance <br /> coverages required to protect the assets, earnings and legal liabilities of <br /> the City of St. Anthony. Alternatives have been requested to determine the <br /> appropriate levels of protection and/or risk retention. Proposer is <br /> requested to comply with the specifications. Any areas of noncompliance <br /> must be specifically mentioned in the proposal . Proposer is also encouraged <br /> to recommend alternative options which they feel would be advantageous to <br /> the City of St. Anthony. This could include additional forms of coverages, <br /> different deductibles , limits, rating plans, etc. <br /> Please attach specimen policies in the proposal document. <br /> The Named Insured: The City of' St. Anthony <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road <br /> St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br /> The named insured should include: "The City of St. Anthony as their interest <br /> may appear and all elected or appointed officials, full time and part time <br /> members of commissions and boards, joint ventures and all other employees of <br /> each, and all other authorized persons or entities while acting within 'the <br /> scope of their authority". <br /> The cancellation provision should be extended to a minimum of 60 days or 90 <br /> days if possible prior notice, and include prior notice of any non renewal <br /> or material change in policy provisions. <br /> -2- March 22, 1989. <br />
