Such corrections are necessitated by the City's <br /> permitted use of the site .as a loose landfill area over a period <br /> in excess of 20 years. <br /> Our best estimates to date indicate the cost of such corrections <br /> will total $ 327,000 or just over $ 8,800.00 per unit.
