DESIG14 STA14DARDS <br /> URBAN DESIGN One of the primary objectives of the St. <br /> GUIDELINES Anthony HRA is to create a positive living <br /> environment while complementing the <br /> neighborhood. To accomplish this <br /> objective, urban design guidelines suggest <br /> major landscaping and building elements. <br /> This design criteria would guide the <br /> overall design character- of the area. <br /> The goal is to set the design tone and to <br /> establish aesthetic and functional <br /> standards within which future design and <br /> development should take place. All final <br /> site designs will be subject to review and <br /> approval by the St. Anthony HRA so that <br /> proper coordination and the <br /> inter-relationship of the various phases <br /> of the plan can be maintained. In <br /> addition, any redeveloper shall proceed <br /> through the normal city review process. <br /> The following design concepts will guide <br /> the over-all redevelopment.
