This letter is to serve as legal notice to you <br /> that the City requires certain actions to be taken regarding this <br /> property. The property, which appears to be vacant, has been in a <br /> state of deterioration for some period of time. It appears that <br /> no provisions have been made to correctly maintain the lawn and <br /> landscaping. On numerous occasions the length of the grass at <br /> this property exceeded the maximum of 8 inches permitted under_ <br /> City ordinances. <br /> During the past winter your heat was turned off without <br /> turning the water off and this created certain additional <br /> problems . In order to turn the water off, the Water Department <br /> had to' dig the stop box up and needed to make repairs . <br /> The deteriorating condition of this house and the <br /> condition of the shrubbery and the lawn have resulted in numerous <br /> complaints from surrounding property owners.
