ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 1989-Il0l <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO- THE LICENSING OF HAULERS OF <br /> GARBAGE, REFUSE, RECYCLABLES AND YARD WASTE; AMENDING <br /> SECTIONS 530 AND 510, AND REPEALING SECTION 1000 . 15, SUBD. 4 , <br /> OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St . Anthony ordains : <br /> Section 1. Section 530 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances <br /> is amended in its - entirety to read as follows : <br /> Section 530 - Licensing of Haulers of Garbage. <br /> -Refuse Recyclables and Yard Waste. <br /> Section 530: 00 . Definitions . For purposes of this Section <br /> 530, the following terms have the following meanings : <br /> Subd. 1. Garbage: Putrescible animal and vegetable <br /> waste resulting from the handling, <br /> • preparation, cooking or consumption of food. <br /> Subd. 2 . Refuse: Ashes, non-recyclable glass, <br /> crockery, cans, paper, boxes, rags and <br /> similar non-putrescible materials . <br /> Subd. 3 . Recyclables : Materials which may be <br /> recycled or reused through. tecycling <br /> processes, including metal beverage <br /> containers, glass, newsprint, and any other <br /> materials designated as recyclables by <br /> Council resolution. <br /> Subd: 4 . Yard Wastes : Organic materials such as <br /> leaves, grass clippings, organic garden <br /> waste, or similar materials . <br /> Subd. 5 . Residence: Any single building consisting <br /> of one to four dwelling units with <br /> individual kitchen facilities for each. <br /> Subd. 6. Multiple Dwelling: Any. building used for <br /> residential purposes consisting of more than <br /> .four residential units with individual <br /> kitchen facilities for each. <br />
