RELOCATION The St. Anthony HRA accepts its obligation <br /> PLAN under, federal , state and local law and the <br /> +ppr•opr�iate regulations adopted by the <br /> United States Department of Housing °< <br /> Urban Development (HUD) for• relocation. <br /> lh` St. Anthony HRA will administer, <br /> relocation services for, the families, <br /> individuals and businesses, to be displaced <br /> by actions of the St. Anthony HRH which <br /> ar•e limited to soil correction. Relocation <br /> regulations and St. Anthony -HRA policy is <br /> to: <br /> o F'r•ior- to approval of this <br /> redevelopment plan, the St. Anthony <br /> HRA has been satisfied that there is a <br /> feasible method of tempor•ar•y <br /> relocation of families to be displaced <br /> from the project area. Also, <br /> accommodations are available, or will <br /> be - provided, in the project area or, <br /> other, areas not less desirable in <br /> regard to public utilities and <br /> public/commercial facilities. . . at <br /> rents or, prices within the financial <br /> means of the families displaced from <br /> the project area. The St. Anthony HRA <br /> will provide services to find decent, <br /> safe and san i tar•y dwellings for• <br /> displaced . families. <br /> S15 <br />
