Burt, City Manager <br /> ITEM: CITY MANAGER'S WEEKLY REPORT - WEEK OF NOVEMBER 13, 1989 <br /> Dogs <br /> Chief Hickerson met with Mr. and Mrs. Elms relating to their dog. <br /> They discussed the problem and do not want to be a problem, so they <br /> have agreed to either build a kennel or get rid of their dogs. <br /> They were not aware that their neighbors were upset by the dogs and <br /> they said they do not want to cause any problems in their <br /> neighborhood. <br /> The following weekly reports are attached: <br /> Larry Hamer, Public Works Director <br /> Ray Nelson, Liquor Operations Manager <br /> Sue VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager <br />
