• <br /> RESOLUTION 90-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1990 .. <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has <br /> considered its construction program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ' City Council deems it necessary to establish a time <br /> limit on the requests for public improvements so as to <br /> insure adequate time to comply with the improvement <br /> procedures as established in the Minnesota State <br /> Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the <br /> • final day for accepting petitions for public <br /> improvements to be included in the 1990 construction <br /> program. <br /> Adopted this day of 1990. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
