Burt, City Manager <br /> H.R.A. <br /> FROM : Sue VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager <br /> ITEM : LANEL - CURB CUT ON KENZIE TERRACE <br /> As discussed at the City Council workshop on April 3 , 1990, LaNel <br /> Financial Group, Inc. has requested that the City fund the construction <br /> of the median cut on Kenzie Terrace for the second entryway of the <br /> Autumn Woods Apartment complex. <br /> The construction estimate provided, by LaNel from Master Asphalt Company <br /> is $25,875.00 (see attached) . <br /> After discussing with Finance Director Roger Larson, the financial <br /> status of the TIF District, it is evident that funds are available if <br /> the H.R.A. should decide to fund the project. <br /> • Finally, pursuant to discussion at the workshop, it was noted that a <br /> pedestrian access from the Autumn Woods Apartment complex to the St. <br /> Anthony Shopping Center has not yet been provided. The H.R.A. may wish <br /> to require LaNel Financial Group to provide the pedestrian access in <br /> conjunction with the City provided funding for the median access, if the <br /> H.R.A. determines to provide the funding. <br /> :cjk4 .10.90 <br />
