Mayor Pro Tem Ranallo commented that <br /> 29 the unfortunate error was undoubtedly the result of the <br /> 30 extremely confusing procedure for renewing pulltab licenses <br /> 31 with the State of Minnesota. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Council Member Makowske stated that, if the liquor manager <br /> 34 does not have another use for the space during April , he <br /> 35 should not charge rent to the pulltab operation.
