• RESOLUTION 90-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR YEAR XVI <br /> URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, through execution of <br /> a Joint Cooperation Agreement with Hennepin <br /> County, is a cooperating unit in the Urban <br /> Hennepin County Community Development Block <br /> Grant Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has developed a <br /> proposal for the use of Urban Hennepin County <br /> CDBG funds made available to it, following a <br /> public hearing on April 3 , 1990 to obtain the <br /> views of citizens on local and Urban Hennepin <br /> County housing and community development needs <br /> and the City's following proposed use of <br /> $25,572 .00 from the Year XVI Urban Hennepin <br /> County Community Development Block Grant. <br /> Projects Budget <br /> • Senior Citizens Program $ 4 ,072 <br /> Single Family Housing Rehabilitation $ 6,500 <br /> (low-moderate income) <br /> Recodification $15,000 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of St. Anthony <br /> approves the proposed use of Year XVI Urban <br /> Hennepin County Community Development Block <br /> Grant funds and authorizes submittal of the <br /> proposal to Hennepin County for review by the <br /> Urban Hennepin County Citizens Advisory <br /> Committee and for inclusion in the Year XVI <br /> Urban Hennepin County Community Development <br /> Block Grant Program Statement of Objectives <br /> and Projected Use of Funds. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
