Section 4 . Section 800 : 25, Subd. 9 of the 1973 Code of <br /> Ordinances is amended to read in full as follows : <br /> Subd. 9. All licenses for the sale of beer shall be issued <br /> for a period of one year, except for temporary licenses <br /> issued under Subd. 4 of Section 800 :05, and except that- <br /> for the purpose of coordinating the time of expiration <br /> of all annual licenses in the City licenses may be issued <br /> for a shorter time to expire at a given time of the year, <br /> in which case a pro rata fee shall . be charged. <br /> Section 5 .
