ANTHONY BOULEVARD, SETBACK VARIANCE <br /> David Drews, 2609 St. Anthony Boulevard, is requesting a one foot <br /> variance to the setback requirement of the City Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Mr. Drews ' proposed garage would be 3 feet from the property line as <br /> required by ordinance, 'however, the overhang of the garage would be one <br /> foot into the 3 foot requirement, resulting in only a 2 foot setback. <br /> The Ordinance requires such structure to have a 3 foot setback from the <br /> property line, including the overhang. <br /> SLV: cjk <br />
