• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 92-043 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE <br /> LEASE TERMINATION AND MUTUAL RELEASE AGREEMENT AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT, BOTH WITH REGARD TO CITY-OWNED <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2700 HIGHWAY 88 IN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, being the owner of the building located at 2700 <br /> Highway 88 and Lawrence W. Manning had entered into a rental agreement <br /> on October 26, 1987 for space in said building; and <br /> WHEREAS, by mutual agreement, said parties desire to terminate that rental agreement; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Highwood Food Services, Inc. desires to enter into a lease agreement with the <br /> City of St. Anthony for said space at 2700 Highway 88. <br /> • BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the <br /> Mayor to execute the Lease Termination and Mutual Release Agreement, attached hereto, <br /> by and among the City and Manning's Cafe, Inc., and Lawrence W. Manning. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, in addition, the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Lease Agreement <br /> attached hereto between the City and Highwood Food Services, Inc. on behalf of the City <br /> of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of ) 1992. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
