ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 92-044 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY <br /> ATTORNEY TO BEGIN CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS, IF <br /> NECESSARY, WITH REGARD TO THE CITY'S ACQUISITION <br /> OF THE PROPERTIES IDENTIFIED AS 2905 KENZIE TERRACE <br /> AND 2700 COOLIDGE STREET NORTHEAST <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to redevelop and improve a portion of the <br /> south end of the.City encompassing the area where Kenzie Terrace, Coolidge <br /> Street, St. Anthony Boulevard, Silver Lake Road, 27th Avenue N.E. and Pahl <br /> Avenue converge; and <br /> WHEREAS, to accomplish said redevelopment, it is necessary for the City to purchase <br /> property identified as 2905 Kenzie Terrace and 2700 Coolidge Street <br /> • Northeast. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes the City Manager and City Attorney to begin condemnation proceedings <br /> against said two properties, if necessary. <br /> Adopted this day of . 1992. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
