ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 4490-1992-009 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO INSPECTION AND LICENSING <br /> OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS, AND IQ HOUSING AND <br /> MAINTENANCE;AMENDING THE ST.ANTHONY 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING <br /> SECTION 310:00 AND BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 355:00 <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 310:00 of the St.Anthony 1973 Code of Ordinances is amended in its entirety <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Section 310 INSPECTION AND LICENSING OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS <br /> Section 310:00 Purpose. It is the purpose and intent of this Section 310:00 is to protect the health, <br /> safety and welfare of citizens of the City who have as their place of abode a living unit in a apartment <br /> building . <br /> Seekien;49-99 is"I a mode of preieeting and and to protect and reeulate the living <br /> conditions of citizens residing in apartment buildings in th ,and the!mrAferm <br /> City. <br /> Section M940 310:05 License Required. No person,partnership,corporation or other group or entity <br /> shell mU own or operate a apartment building in the City <br /> without the owner first having obtained a license in accordance with this Section 310:00. <br /> Section M9+4$ 310:10 Application for Licenses. Applications for licenses-sho4are to be madeiw <br /> writing is the by the owner on forms provided by the City. The <br /> purchaser of a apartment building may apply as the "owner".but <br /> any license' will be contingent upon closing the <br /> purchase and upon the applicant becoming the owner. Applications , <br /> will include the following. <br /> (a) Name and address of owner. <br /> (b) Name and address of a person residing or having a business office in Hennepin or Ramsey <br /> County,Minnesota and appointed by the owner as an agent for purposes of notices under this <br /> Section 310-00 and for service of process upon the owner. <br /> (c) Name and address of any managing operator or agenl. agent and the person keeping the tenant <br /> register.referred to in Section 310. <br /> (d) Name and address of all partners if the applicant is a partnership. <br /> (e) Name and address of all officers and members of the board of directors if the applicant is a <br /> corporation. <br /> 1 <br />
