ATTACHMENT <br /> We are filing a request for a 1' - 4" variance in an effort to comply with a city ordinance and place <br /> vehicles into an expanded garage from the current driveway. An increase value of the home is not <br /> an objective since we intend to remain in the home for.some period of time. <br /> This expansion will enable us to place an entry way from the garage directly into the house, <br /> therefore instead of going outdoors we have direct access into the house. This would be a great <br /> asset to my wife who has a back arthritic condition, providing her with much better accessibility. <br /> • <br />
