The City <br /> 21 Attorney felt the lot size was' a potential hardship as <br /> 22 the cast to move the pumps would be prohibitive . It was drafted by Lauderdale staff and <br /> 45 discussed by representatives of both cities . The bid for <br /> 46 sixteen hours of service each day was $158 ,-000 .
