Staff Report <br /> Page 2 <br /> Recommendation <br /> Recommend to the City Council the approval of the conditional use permit request based on <br /> the following conditions: <br /> (1) Parking lot must be striped for 23 'spaces. <br /> (2) . - Curbs must-be installed in areas specified on drawing. The curbs must be <br /> insurmountable and be of cement. <br /> (3) If canopy is installed, lighting must shine down. <br /> (4) If the proposed addition is built in the future, the lot must be subdivided into <br /> one parcel. <br /> (5) Cannot have an inoperable motor vehicle outside on the property for period <br /> greater than 14 days. <br /> (6) Change address from a 27th Avenue address-to a Kenzie Terrace address. <br /> (7) A signed development agreement with the City of St. Anthony. <br />
