(.AGENT FOR <br /> FIRST BANK), 3928 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> Background <br /> I have included-the minutes from the February 18, 1991 Planning Commission meeting, where <br /> a variance has granted to Marquette Bank to allow two additional wall signs. The hardship <br /> was that only one of the three signs will be seen at a time. The proposed replacement signage <br /> has less surface area than the existing signage. <br /> Recommendation <br /> • Precedence has been set. Recommend to the City Council to approve the petition for sign <br /> variance, citing hardship and precedence. The Planning Commission may wish to have a hours <br /> of illumination condition. <br /> • <br />
