November 13, 1994
City Council
Saint Anthony Village Community Center
3301 Silver Lake Road N.E.
Saint Anthony, MN 55418
Dear Members of the City Council:
We will be unable to attend the Saint Anthony City Council
meeting on November 15, 1994. But we would like to voice our
enthusiastic support for bringing Cub Foods and Knox Lumber
to this community. When these two stores are open we plan to
patronize both frequently. Today we do not purchase. many of
our groceries or lumber from New Brighton/Saint Anthony
businesses.
We also believe that these two quality establishments can
provide the boost that Apache Plaza desparately needs. They
will fill a market that currently does not exist in this
area. In all likelihood, they will draw people to Apache
Plaza, increasing its sales. Without these businesses we are
concerned about the future of Apache Plaza. We don't see any
other opportunities that can provide such a benefit to our
community and our family.
•
Sincerely,
tL cL. ,j
Gary/and Kati Simons
1512 2nd Terrace SW
New Brighton, MN 55112
•
