CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-056 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEASE BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND KATHY MARTIN AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS,_ The City of St. Anthony, as Landlord, and Kathy Martin, as Tenant, desire to <br /> enter into a Lease agreement for the City-owned property located at 2800 Kenzie <br /> Terrace. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Lease between the City and Kathy Martin and authorizes the Mayor and City <br /> Manager to sign said Lease on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1994. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
