ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> • On Thursday, January 5th, I met with the Stafford's to discuss their offer of <br /> $2,200 for Lot 2, Block 1. They have indicated they will be willing to pay the <br /> City $23,500 for the lot. This lot is not as valuable as the adjacent Lot 1 for <br /> the following reasons: <br /> 1. Lot 2 is smaller by 3,500 square feet. The approximately size of Lot 1 <br /> is 17,900 and the approximately size of Lot 2 is 14,400 square feet. <br /> 2. Lot 2 requires a 30 foot side yard setback because it is a corner lot. <br /> 3. Lot 2 is located right next to a gas station. <br /> The Stafford's plan to build a brick house with a brick decorative fence. It will <br /> be more valuable as far as property taxes are concerned compared to Lot 1. <br /> • <br />
