ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 13th day of December, 1994, fixed <br /> a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 1994 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm sewer on <br /> the following streets: <br /> 1. Crestview Drive, from 29th Avenue N.E. to 31st Avenue N.E. <br /> 2. Armour Terrace, from Silver Lake Road to Crestview Drive <br /> 3. Bell Lane, from Armour Terrace to Crestview Drive <br /> 4. East Gate Road, from Crestview Drive to Rankin Road <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing <br /> was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 10th day of January, 1995, at <br /> which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br /> thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted <br /> the 13th day of December, 1994. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1995. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
