PUBLIC HEARING - None, <br /> 9 IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 10 A. Resolution 94-059, re: Contract for architectural services for proposed <br /> 11 Community Center. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 94-059, authorizing the <br /> 13 Mayor and City Manager to execute an agreement with an architect on behalf of the <br /> 14 City. <br /> 41 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 City Manger informed that after each step in the process, the plans would have to come <br /> 17 before the City Council for review before the next step could be initiated. <br /> 18 B. Resolution 94-060, re: Cooperative agreement and maintenance for traffic control <br /> 19 signals with Ramsey County. <br /> 20 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to approve Resolution 94-060, approving the <br /> 21 _cooperative agreement between the City of St. Anthony and Ramsey County and the <br /> 22 agreement with Ramsey County for maintenance of traffic control signals and authorizing <br /> 23 the execution of each by the Mayor and City Manager. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 C. Resolution 94-061, re: Agreements and Plans for the installation and maintenance <br /> 26 of traffic control signals on Silver Lake Road at 37th Avenue N.E. and 39th <br /> 27 Avenue N.E. <br /> 28 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 94-061, approving the <br /> 29 agreements for installation and maintenance of traffic control signals Nos. 94010 and <br /> 30 94011 by and between the counties of Ramsey and Hennepin and the City of St. Anthony <br /> 31 and authorizing the Mayor and City manager to execute said agreements. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
