ROLL CALL. <br /> 7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br /> 8 Commissioners Wagner and Fleming. <br /> 9 Commissioners Absent: None. <br /> 10 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Monnson. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 14; 1995 HRA AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the November 14, 1995 HRA Agenda as <br /> 13 presented. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 10, 1995 HRA MINUTES. <br /> 17 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the October.10, 1995 HRA minutes as <br /> 0 presented. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 22 A. Dorsey&Whitney in the amount of$1,210.00 for legal services rendered through <br /> 23 September 30, 1995. <br /> 24 B. Egan. Field &Nowak. Inc. in the amount of$4,212.76 for a topographic survey of St. <br /> 25 Anthony Village Hall. <br /> 26 C. Southam Business Communications U.S.A.. Inc. in the amount of$222.50 for <br /> 27 construction bulletin City Hall/Community Center. <br /> 28 D. SSpringsted, Inc. in the amount of$1,181.40 for financial advisory services performed <br /> 29 from March 1, 1994 through June 30, 1995. <br /> 30 E.- Williams/O'Brien Associates. Inc. in the amount of$47,188.59 for architectural services <br /> 31 rendered August 27, 1995 through September 27, 1995 and in the amount of$5,528.45 <br /> 32 for reimbursable expenses. <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VI. MISCELLANEOUS. <br /> 5 There was Council consensus to have discussion at the next work session on changing the <br /> 36 procedures for purchasing properties through the HRA. <br />
