CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was-called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: Enrooth and Wagner. Mayor Ranallo noted Councilmember Enrooth <br /> 11 was on vacation and Councilmember Wagner was recovering from bypass surgery and is doing <br /> 12 well. <br /> 13 III. APPROVAL OF JUNE 10, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 14 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the June 10, 1996 Council Agenda as presented. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 28, 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Faust, second by Marks to-approve the May 28, 1996 Council minutes as presented. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V.
