ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-038 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> FOR POLICE SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Falcon Heights desire to enter into a <br /> joint powers agreement whereby the City of St. Anthony agrees to provide <br /> police services for the City of Falcon Heights during 1997 and 1998. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Falcon Heights and <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> • St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1996. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
